Recommendations

In my view, Mr. Aylward appeared before the Review Division as a well-prepared advocate.  He was fully aware of the WorkPlaceNl legislation along with the associated regulations and policy. Furthermore, his focus was clearly and correctly on advocating for his client in direct relation to how and precisely where the commission, had erred in its interpretation and/or application of same. I found him to be respectful of the review process while providing solid representation for his client.
